Show content from

You can use the "Show content from" function, if you wish to display duplicate content in several sections on your website. You don't have to create a Contact Form on every page. It is enough to create it once and just use the "Show content from" function wherever you want to display it.
This function is used at the Webity  website in the Functions section - at the bottom of each page you can see the list of "Other functions of Webity".
